To book, please e-mail your requested dates to Catherine on the above email address and we will then confirm availability back to you and hold your dates until you pay the deposit. Please ask any questions you need to know at this stage.

Once your booking has been confirmed, please can you send;

- 25% of the total amount as a deposit  immediately (this fully secures the booking and as such is non-refundable)

-  the remaining 75% plus a £100 breakages contingency on a separate cheque (the breakages contingency is fully refundable in the event that there are no breakages or part refundable to the extent that the breakages amount to under £100) six weeks prior to your arrival date.

If you book within six weeks of departure, please send the full amount plus the £100 breakages contingency immediately.
