Villa Emilianya - The villa and location map

The villa is situated in the Costa Papagayo area just to the north of the town centre and the marina, giving it ideal access (a 12-15 minute walk) to the beautiful Playa Dorada beach and then to the town centre on one side or the Marina Rubicon on the other, or alterrnatively a direct 12-15 minute walk into the town centre itself.

The villa is tastefully furnished and very spacious both inside and out. There are spacious private grounds with private car parking, a huge terrace, beautiful private heated pool with romanesque style steps, an outside shower and a picon garden area with bbq, cactus and palm trees. From the terrace there are beautiful views of the Femes mountains.

There is a large lounge area with two double leather sofas, furnished to a high standard with triple patio doors leading to the terrace, with shaded pergola area, which is furnished with cushioned sun-loungers plus al-fresco wooden dining table and chairs. Pool inflatables and beach toys are available for use. The lounge also contains a TV offering satellite channels plus DVD player and a music stereo.

There is a very modern fitted kitchen, fully equipped with dish washer,large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and board plus microwave etc.The villa is cleaned weekly and all bedlinen and towels are changed weekly. There is a welcome pack provided with holiday information plus tea,coffee,milk,wine,water and fruit juice. All linen and bath towels are provided and the pool is cleaned on a twice weekly basis. There is a separate oudoor solarium / utility room with automatic washing machine and drying facilities.

The stylish Master Bedroom and en suite bathroom both overlook the pool. The bedroom has a large fully fitted double wardrobe and separate drawers. The spacious en-suite is finished in black granite and mosaic and offers a bath, toilet and twin vanity basins. There are a further two twin bedrooms both with spacious fully fitted double wardrobes and ample drawer space. The main bathroom is also beautifully finished in marble and mosaic and has a walk in shower, toilet and large sink. Also included are a high chair and cot, making the villa perfect for families.

There is large dining room off the kitchen with patio doors looking on to pool/ terrace, with a large beech table to sit up to 8 people. There is also a comfortable double bed sofa would make an ideal fourth bedroom to accommodate a further two people.

The villa also has a beautiful, authentic Canarian stone bbq.
